About The CCFA WNY Chapter

The Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding the cure for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. We provide education and support to any one affected by these diseases. We are always looking for new board members and volunteers to help us. We can't do it without your help.
